Oftentimes than many we are faced with acceptance of who we are. Suggestions are presented to us as to how/what should or should not be. This can sometimes cause us to lose sight as to how we see ourselves. I, for one, can honestly say valuing others opinions/suggestions has brought me both good times, as well as, unpleasant times. Yet, still I rise!

Some of the suggestions were, if I may be honest, was not what I wanted for myself, but because the person suggesting

was someone that respected, I went along with the plan. Now for those of you that are saying I should have known better, please reverse the mirror. Remember before you got here, you were there. IJS😊

 

How do you see yourself? Do you see yourself as a people pleaser or do you see yourself as being an original. I personally, have grown to love me. One may ask, how did I did you get here?

Both Life/love have a way of bringing out the good, bad, and the ugly in each of us. That's why it is called life/love. It develops you into becoming greater version of you. 

My earthly father has been expired now for 33 years, and to this day I still remember the life/love conversation he shared with me. He simply said "there is no one in this world that can love you better than you". I didn't understand it at 18 nor did I want to hear that, but oh boy, do I appreciate it now.

So in conclusion, "don't try walking in someone else's shadow". Be an original. Learning to love yourself is the greatest love of all.
