Positive/Negative Energy

Having positive energy is simply being optimistic about situations, interactions, and yourself. When you have a positive attitude, you will keep hope alive even in difficult situations.

Everyday we wake up we have a choice. We have the right to choose if our day will be productive or defeated. How? By the words we speak. Your words are very powerful. They can make you or break you.  Example... "Man, I don't feel like going to work today. I don't feel like being bothered"...DEFEATED... Negative Energy.....You just gave permission to yourself to be unapproachable. How? Verbal/Body language. Although you may have a smile on your face, your body language is telling something else. It's in your walk, the swinging of your arm, bobbing of the head... Don't play... We are all guilty. And it's okay. Why? You are human.

One of the realities of knowing who are is to understand that you are human, and being human means you have emotions of both positive and negative energy.

Yes, I would love to tell you that I never have days of silent frustration, but for me to tell you that, indicates that I am not who I was created to be...                                        Human....

There will come a time that regardless of how much positivity you speak, you will still experience those "I don't care" day(s). That's life... But can I tell you this... 5,4,3,2,1...  You have a choice... What's the choice? Either you dwell on wanting to entertain the negative or simply... Change your thoughts... Yes, it goes back to you!!! What started as a bad day at 0800 can easily change by 1300. You have the power to change your thoughts at any time. You're going to do one of the two things, Dwell/Let it go.

 ...Fact... You will never please everyone,  stop trying, just do your best to show love/positive energy with everyone you come in contact with. Try it...
