When was the last time you chose to be happy on purpose? I mean genuinely happy. Smiling, sharing laughter, silly gestures, etc. Using positive energy... Some may ask Why? It's simple... you have seen another day. Yesterday is history, tomorrow is uncertain, and today is present. So while you are in today, enjoy it... Choose happiness today.
Even for those that wish the opposite upon themselves, the mere fact that you woke up to another day, is a direct message to you saying... "Today is an opportunity to see life in a different perspective/way"...

It all begins with you...You have a choice. You can not rely on others to give to you what you haven't given yourself. Everything about you starts with you. May I suggest that you tell yourself "I choose to be happy today" ... Life is a gift... Receive your gift. Express being happy to the point that it becomes contagious. Try it.. It just might happen...
Remember... It takes 33 muscles to frown and only 13 to smile. Why overwork...
